For more than 25 years, I led global, multicultural teams in Fortune 500 technology companies, most of them at HP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Aruba. Reorganizations, new strategies, new systems, new leaders. Change was the job.
And I saw the same thing again and again. The strategy was clear. The technology was ready. What decided whether it worked was the people carrying it: whether leaders could bring their teams with them, and still have something left at the end of the day.
That's why I founded Arboleda Consulting. Today I help organizations build the human and leadership capabilities that transformation requires, combining real executive experience with applied neuroscience and behavioral change.
I don't believe leaders need another framework. They need to change how they think, respond and decide, especially under pressure. That's the work.
